Best price guarantee for accommodation rates for hotel rooms and self-catering lodges when booking through the participating hotel's official website while signed in to your Queens Club account, or by booking directly with the hotel and confirming your membership.
Eligible Queens Club Member Rates are displayed automatically when you are signed in. The discount applies to the eligible standard accommodation rate, not on top of an already discounted rate, package or other promotion. Third-party bookings, including Booking.com and Expedia, are excluded. Rates and availability are subject to applicable dates, inventory and booking conditions.

Enjoy 10% off eligible full-price spending at participating hotel-operated restaurants, bars, leisure centres and other hotel-operated outlets or services.
Already-discounted purchases, third-party-operated services, deposits, gift-card purchases and other non-purchase charges are excluded unless an individual offer expressly states otherwise.

At launch, members may share their membership benefits with family and friends, without a numerical limit on eligible uses. Family and friends can present a valid membership card or membership reference for verification. Account passwords must not be shared. The group may revise the sharing arrangements with reasonable advance notice; confirmed eligible bookings will be honoured under the terms applicable when booked.
